The purpose is to set up a properly working mastodon instance on to a empty debian 11 VM.
The instance should be scaleable so it can be extended to a farm of servers.
If you bid, indicate your experience in setting up clustered servers and scaling up multiple instances. Indicate the architecture flow of how this would run.
This can evolve in a ongoing maintenance as well
