fix my vim config, tmux, git, plugins -- 2

Job Description:

Hi, this seems trivial but a taunting task whenever I try to fix some of my issues.

my issues are;

1. tmux status bar; instead of refreshing, it keeps adding a new line on top of each new line.

2. powerline or airline status. This is something to to do with the fonts (maybe #1 too)

3. buffer update and workspace -- two stepping points; I want to change the relative path to the current working directory and update the buffer so that the pwd is accurately displayed ( [login to view URL])

4. lastly, I want to install git-fugitive and use it as I do with powershell.

I got small issues that are coming down to #4 using git as graphically as possible in vim.

my os : Centos 7, Ubuntu 18

I use hyper, mobaxterm and powershell as my terminal editors

many of other prerequisites are installed

my maximum budget is usd20.
