Freeside with Freeradius and Mikrotik

I need to fix a problem between freeradius , Freeside and Mikrotik. When the Mikrotik Call the freeradius he doesn't send the User-Password. So we need a policy in freeradius that push the password the way freeside put them in the database. And it should be put in
Example :
Database Table:
username attribute op value
8C:3A:E3:14:8C:14 Cleartext-Password := 8C:3A:E3:14:8C:14
But when the mikrotik call
NAS-Port-Type = Ethernet
NAS-Port = 2210398845
Calling-Station-Id = "1:8c:3a:e3:14:8c:14"
Called-Station-Id = "dhcp2"
User-Name = "8C:3A:E3:14:8C:14"
User-Password = ""
NAS-Identifier = "SteBrig"
NAS-IP-Address = 192.168.11.1
I try [url removed, login to view] but doesn't get luck to get it work. With accept i got the ok but didn't take care of Framed-IP-Address
