Make converted OVF to VHD image Hyper-V bootable

Looking to see if there any techs that can successfully make an OVF image that was converted to VHD and imported into Hyper-V successfully boot.
The successes of this is to:
- Convert OVF to Hyper-V with the tools I have
- Make the virtual machine start and verify internet connectivity
- I have the images I would like to use
- I have image converting tools but they are not working
- This will be done over Teamviewer with my Hyper-V machine.
this is not a big project $15 if you aleady know how to do this.
