I worked as a sys/net admin for a long time and I have done both regular and odd jobs people requested of me, some of which you can find on my profile. Regarding your offer, I could use a Perl one-liner to modify your visudo file and then run an update on apt in order to install all of the programs you need. Compilation depends on the programming language that the software was implemented in, but it is, more often than not, well documented and pretty straightforward. Moving files to their respective places is of no difficulty. The rest is just modification according to your preferences. Overall, rest assured that what you need done would be of no problem for me to do, and all of it could be done through one shell script.
