We need a programmer that is familiar with Javascript, Linux, MySQL, Azure, PHP, NGINX.
We have a Web Application that is very small, it collects API messages being sent to it from a Cisco TelePresence Device, and captures the information and stores it into a MySQL Database.
The Web Application is built in PHP and an example of the code is included.
We are looking for a Programmer to help evolve this in the following ways:
1. We would like to migrate away from hosting a dedicated Linux server running NGINX for the host of this application, and ideally we would like to move to using Azure Web Services. This would involve adapting the Code to cater for Azure App Services and storing the data in an Azure SQL instead of the current MySQL hosted locally on the Linux machine. The reason behind this is for less to administrate and manage
2. The current Web Application is only listening on HTTP (TCP/80) and we want to enable HTTPS (TCP/443). We understand this will involve using a Domain Name and Issuing a Certificate. We will need assistance with any related code changes and making the service work on HTTPS.
3. We want to evolve the code some more, the current code is performing a two-step process of storing information into the database, and ideally we want to capture the information into a single table entry on the database. This will involve modification to the Database Tables and inclusion of additional captured information.
