We having some issues with plesk VPS and need guru with best knowledge. Hello, This seems to be an issue with php-fpm. Actually we would need some permission to the server and we can start debugging with steps like those: - does the problem occur with all files? - if no, we have the debug the php scripts that cause this problem (maybe the problem is in the script) - if yes, we have to debug plesk (installed plugins, etc.) Also, it would be a solution to increase the timeout limit in the web server and PHP, but we think it is more important to find why a script runs so long (except for special scripts that are intended to run so long, but you have not mentioned that). The bid amount and delivery time was calculated in the way that in some cases we will have to spend hours with trying to fix and debug plesk, but hopefully it will be a small problem with fast fix.
