Plex - Linux - Files deleted, need to know why

Job Description:
I am in need of professional help with a Plex setup on an Ubuntu machine. Recently, I have noticed files disappearing from my setup and I would like an expert to figure out why. I have at least some knowledge regarding Linux systems and Ubuntu, however I lack the technical know-how to investigate the issue myself. The intended purpose of this project is for personal use. I look forward to having some help in solving this problem.
Need someone to check the log files and help me determine how/why the files were deleted.
