I am about to launch an Online Marketing Business in New Zealand and wish to contact Accounting Firms to see if they require help growing leads and sales online.
I would need please in individual columns on a spreadsheet for mail merge purposes:
First Name (of owner or general manager/director) Surname, Persons Position in Company, Company Name, Street Address or PO Box, Suburb, City and Post Code. Phone number and email address.
Judging by Yellow Pages in New Zealand there's approx 600 Accounting Firms in the Auckland region.
You would need to use [url removed, login to view] and click through to each website to get the details of the contact person.
Below is an example of the data I need which is from a spreadsheet so I can do a mail merge with the data. some records won't be as complete depending on how good each website is.

What's the process from here? Do you already have access to a postal address for accountants in nz, or is there another way to get the data?
sorry I'm new to this. I do have another job of a similar nature but want to do this as a trial first.
