Job Description:
I'm in need of a form that requires an application, and I need help creating or designing it. Designing the form will include designing the fields, drop-down menus and inputs, including any necessary logic for the form to work. I'm also interested in finding out more about whether any additional features could be added on, such as Captcha verification, but I'm not sure which additional features are available just yet. The kind of form I need is an application form, but I'm open to any suggestions on designs and features that could be included. Thanks for your help!
