International Logistics Manager for Trading Company

Job Title: Logistics Manager / Traffic Manager – International Trading Company (Coffee & Chemicals) We are an international trading company active in coffee and chemicals, looking for an experienced Logistics / Traffic Manager to manage and coordinate our global shipments. Preferred location: Vietnam Key Responsibilities: Coordinating international shipments (import & export) Managing ocean freight, containers, and documentation Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, warehouses, and inspection agencies Preparing and checking shipping documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.) Monitoring shipment schedules and ensuring on-time delivery Handling claims, delays, and logistical issues Maintaining accurate data in our ERP system Requirements: Proven experience in logistics/traffic management (international trade) Experience with coffee and/or chemical shipments is a strong plus Solid understanding of Incoterms, LC documentation, and international shipping procedures Strong communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Well organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Preferred: Based in Vietnam Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience working with commodities or trading companies Position Details: Long-term cooperation Remote or hybrid possible (depending on location) Competitive compensation based on experience If you have strong logistics experience and are familiar with international commodity trading, we would be happy to receive your proposal.
