I handle a regular flow of international orders and I’m looking for someone who can take the paperwork. Your core job will be twofold: first, own every piece of export documentation—commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, compliance notes—and keep a clean, searchable record of each file. Second, be the point of contact for our freight forwarders, customs brokers and last-mile carriers: chasing quotes, booking collections, confirming sailing dates, and following up on any hold-ups until the goods are cleared. You’ll work mostly with cloud-based tools (Google Drive, Excel or Sheets, the portals of DHL, FedEx, UPS, plus whichever freight platforms we agree on). If you already know Incoterms, HS codes and basic customs requirements, you will hit the ground running, but I’m happy to share my current workflow so you can adapt quickly. There’s no hard deadline—this is an ongoing collaboration rather than a rush task—so accuracy and clear communication matter more to me than speed. Success means error-free paperwork, on-time bookings, and proactive updates whenever a carrier or broker needs something. If that sounds like your kind of detail-oriented work, let’s talk.

Hi, I am Adeel. My team handles structured data and documentation work alongside our development projects, so keeping export paperwork organised and searchable is familiar ground. I would set up a shared Google Sheet tracker linking each shipment to its invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, with status columns for booking, sailing and clearance so nothing gets missed. I can start this week and check in daily until we settle into a rhythm with your brokers and carriers. Do you already use a specific freight platform, or would you like me to help pick one?

Hi, thanks for inviting me to bid. Your project is very close to the China-side coordination work I already handle for overseas clients. I have experience managing suppliers, comparing quotes, coordinating freight forwarders, tracking delivery schedules, and keeping different parties aligned until the order is completed. For your shipments, I can handle the document and logistics workflow from China: checking invoices and packing lists, organizing files, coordinating with forwarders and customs brokers, arranging pickup and booking, confirming schedules, and following up on any delays or missing information. For customs-specific documents or certificates, I can coordinate directly with the relevant supplier, forwarder or broker to make sure everything is prepared correctly. Since you already have an established workflow, I can adapt to it quickly. If you’d like, send me one recent shipment and I can review the process with you.

Hi, I can take the paperwork off your plate and keep it clean and searchable. I run China-side sourcing and receiving work — receiving supplier goods, checking quantities, preparing dispatch details and liaising with forwarders — so your workflow is a natural next step for me, and I'd learn your exact templates from your current files. What I bring: - Export documents: commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, compliance notes — filed with consistent naming and a searchable index (Drive + Sheets), so any shipment can be found in seconds - Forwarder and carrier liaison: chasing quotes, booking collections, confirming sailing dates and following up on holds with DHL/FedEx/UPS and freight platforms - Tracking discipline: every shipment logged with ETD/ETA, next action and owner, so nothing slips - Clear written English updates by email — structured and easy to audit - I'm comfortable with Incoterms and HS code basics, and happy to be trained on your exact workflow and checklists I'm careful with details — this is work where accuracy beats speed, and that's how I operate. I'm in UTC+8, so I can overlap with your business day and still cover evening follow-ups. Could we start with a small paid test — one recent shipment's documents rebuilt in your format — so you can see the quality before committing? Best, Jiahao
