Show us your talent! Process: 1. We discuss confidential specifics with you 2. You pitch us with 10 different design ideas that incorporate all the required elements. 3. We approve of and select 5-8 and you create mock ups 4. We approve of and select one mock up for you to finalize 5. We approve the finalized logo and you mock up the related business card, envelope, and letterhead 6. We approve the mock ups, you finalize the designs 7. We approve the final designs *it is important that you factor in minor change requests into your time estimation Time requirement: 7 days (including change requests and needed revisions) Direction: 1. Professional 2. Contemporary yet timeless 3. Smooth, elegant, yet slightly techy feel 4. Predominalty blue hues with an accent color to make it pop! 5. The logo should be refined and sleek enough that it could be made into a badge and fit perfectly on a Porsche or a Mercedes AMG. 6. Deliverables: 1. Unflattened source for final material, mock ups, and any other material used during the creation of the project (fonts, vector art, images, etc) 2. Pre-press jpegs for business cards, envelopes, and letterhead with a quarter inch bleed Legality: All work is done "for hire" and as such is owned directly by us. Nothing may be shared or released without our express written intent. This includes but is not limited to: project details, design specification, brainstorming, pitched ideas, mock ups, screen grabs, and final logos. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
