Logo Design

I need a logo design for a career coaching, consulting and training business in Sydney, Australia. I've been in business for 4 years and have been operating on a self-made logo and stationery that needs updating. Therefore this will be the start and the stationery and website will come next. As far as logos go, I've tried a number of options and haven't come up with the right concept until now. The concept for the logo is based loosely on the lime leaves/blossom and is based on budding careers or 'new growth'. Therefore, I'm interested in an unfolding of leaves and/or bud as a 'growth spurt'. However, not necessarily one from out of the ground/standing upright. If there is room for a blossom - if that would work I'm open to seeing it, however, I am concerned that a flower might not be right for my client market. This is mainly Government agencies, corporations and non-executive and executive staff of such companies who receive the coaching and training. n.b. The coaching and training that I provide helps people to understand how to apply for jobs/choose a new career path, move through change/difficulties in their careers and ultimately to come out the other end - having learned, grained a sense of direction, and essentially have achieved success in their career and life. The colours I've been using are green, grey and white and I have some samples that I like. n.b. I have attached a copy of the training workbook for easy reference. It uses the Microsoft word 'facet' design. The tagline I came up with is: Change, Transition, Transformation. Which summarises all the work that I do/will do in the future.
