Gyons Estate is a full-service real estate investment company, based in Poland, specializing in the acquisition and development of commercial assets in the fields of energy, retail, tourism/hospitality, healthcare, and office properties.
We offer our high net worth investors broad spectrum of investment supporting services, and high-yield investment opportunities such as shopping centers, office properties, renewable energy parks, hotels, warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing buildings and medical facilities.
The logo should include a symbol, the company's name, and the tagline “High-Yield Real Estate Investments”.
The logo will be used for print and online materials.
The symbol should not be a picture of a house as our primary investments are commercial. It can include a building/skyscraper motif, or an arrow indicating upward investments.
The logo's symbol and typography should be modern but professional. It should not be too busy, but rather sleek and minimalistic.
The color scheme should not be too bright or feminine. Our color preferences are a deep red to indicate power and confidence, greyscale for elegance, or a dark blue for stability.
