Need a Discourse designer (Emerber.js, Ruby on Rail)

We have a Discourse website and would like to update its look and feel as mentioned below: The site is [login to view URL] 1. We need a top banner (in black, that says 'Connect Platform' and the link as well as the social media links similar to our marketing site : [login to view URL] 2. Is it possible to have a background image on one of the posts in Discourse? We would like the "Welcome to Connecthrive!" post to have a background which will be this image: [login to view URL] 3. Connecthrive logo needs to link to [login to view URL] -- basically we are looking for the top portion to look and feel like [login to view URL] 4. Update the css for Discourse so that colors and fonts are similar to [login to view URL] 5. Add a footer to the Discourse site, similar to the dark footer on [login to view URL] --> with "About Connecthrive" (we don't need the "Recent posts" section) and then the "©2019-2020 Connecthrive | Privacy Policy | Powered by Malaika Consultants" and finally the social media icons on the right hand side 6. Can users (after they register/login) create groups without making them moderators? If so, we would like to update the Discourse setting to do that -- please document which setting was updated 7. Change the first post date of each topic from May 2019 to April 2020 8. Is it possible to change the top "Categories" to "Topics", "Top" to "Trending" 9. Currently, there is a setting that requires the user to have at least xx (20?) characters when they are responding to a post - we would like to change this to require minimum 1, in case the user wants to respond by just emoji 10. Can logged in but non-moderator user. be able to invite other new users? If so, we need to change that setting/logic to allow it
