I am in need of a skilled Mechatronic Engineer to design an automated machine for food processing purposes. The machine needs to have an intermediate level of complexity and with knowledge of integrating various devices. The ideal candidate for this job should have:
- Expertise in Mechatronics Engineering and knowledge in pneumatics and electrical motors and pump and slides
- Proficiency in ACAD and 3D graphic presentation of the system
- Knowledge robotics programming and Integrating multiple devices and programming them (3rd party help will assist)
- Experience in creating machines with an intermediate level of complexity.
The candidate should also be able to provide a comprehensive design and blueprint for the machine, including a detailed bill of materials. The machine should be able to accomplish the following tasks:
- Injection molding
- Assembly line processes
- Quality control
- Output monitoring
- Packaging
The ideal candidate should also be able to provide ongoing support in terms of maintenance and repair.
