In the code, you will see a line where you need to change the value of user manually --y_class = Y[:, user] . User goes from 0 to 40. However i am having difficulties to do that per user. I need to produce graph for each user say y_class=Y[:, 0... 40] the minimum nsamples gives minimum EER rate and graph for each user.
1) i need to be able to produce graph for each user with nsample upto 18
2) Graph with each user show number of stroke/EER
Right now if i manually change user to 0 ... 40 works but it's tedious. I will be able to produce for each user a minimum EER-which k is associated with it and a plot for each user.
you can use this for loop for the user for user in range([login to view URL]):
You need [login to view URL] as data file to run the code.
