Hello, I have been working with CUDA/GPGPU since 2013 (my university years) and I have been to any kind of algorithms implemented and executed on GPU. Working with Ubuntu 22.04 is totally fine because it's much strongly preferred compared to Windows for CUDA setup. To summarize your objectives, you need 3 GPU-enabled models (vision, NLP, forecasting) by reusing existing and well-tested open source projects? Each model's inference will be triggered by its own API endpoint, and the idea is to test them with some predefined workloads that will be small enough to be processed under a second (ok assuming a reasonable size of input) Btw, a mix of Python and C++/CUDA is typical for GPU-ML projects and most such projects depend on this combination by default. A high utilization above 80% is reasonable to expect, using any well-configured and proven model out there.
