I usually work in Column View, use Quick Look to review files fast, Tags for status, and Smart Folders to track files by type, date, or keyword. If I received hundreds of mixed files, duplicates, and inconsistent names, I’d first make a backup, then sort by type/date/size, identify duplicates, use Quick Look for unclear files, apply Tags for review/delete/keep, and use Batch Rename for clean naming.
