I am looking to have a very small mac OS app built in cocoa.
The app is one window and mostly a proof-of-concept for use in a larger app that is in development. The function is to allow a user to edit an xml file and have the app programmatically create used inputs based on that xml file and create an array of data from the xml file based on what a user selects. The goal is to eliminate the need to hardcode the user inputs into the app and have them be dynamic.
This app will launch and parse an xml file (possibly into an array?). From this xml file a series of user inputs (checkboxes, text fields, etc...) will be created. Each entry in the xml will contain information about the type of user input, whether or not it's a parent or child, and a text string associated with the user input. From the xml file or array a series of user inputs (checkbox, text field, etc...) will be created in the app's main window. After the user makes selections and after the press of a button, those user selections will be recorded and by referencing the xml file or array a new array containing the selection swill be created.
The process is outlined in the attached pdf ([login to view URL]) and a sample xml file (work) is attached as well.
The exact structure and naming convention of the xml is not fixed and can be modified if needed
Any bids that change after submission will be rejected immediately. Do not submit a low bid and then change the price later; I will reject that outright.
