Need Magento Multiple Storefronts and Webgility Installation

We offer products on multiple websites. We are looking to have 2 websites with a shared shopping cart and a third site which is an information site only. Each site will have a different domain. The 2 sites with shared shopping cart will use the same ssl checkout page which will need to be one page checkout. These 2 sites will also share the admin database so we can search orders from one local area. The sites will be hosted on seperate domains and must not show each-others' products on each others' site. Also, the sites must be able to link up to Webgility ECC. We are looking for a total solution, addition of 40 products on the 2 sites (just to get us started), and the site will need to be tested and bugs worked out before we complete the entire payment. We will provide the ECC Webgility Software and will work with you on this. We will also need design of two headers for the 2 domains, and a third informational website. (3 page) The links for our pages will need to be SEO friendly, links to our twitter account and ebay store will need to be added with appropriate icons, we will need email newsletter modules installed so we are able to schedule and market our email. We also want to attach a blog to our informational site.
Must be an expert in Magento and have used Webgility ECC or Other batch import/export software you can recommend. Looking for someone who can master this project for us. We can work on further details via skype or other messenger.
