Fix homepage and pagination for mobile Magento site

We have a mobile template for our Magento 1.8 CE store.
Currently the mobile homepage does not display at all, we need that fixed very quickly.
Broken:

In addition to the above the pagination is not displaying on some pages. In addition it is displaying product lists twice on others. This is probably a simple layout fix but I cannot seem to figure it out.
