Modifications of an existing Magento 1.9 site

I have a Magento 1.9 site titled MyMenuHub, [login to view URL], which is open to public and completely functional. But it is still in its preparation stage and is not yet used to support a real business. The site is designed to sell food packages to local people in Orange county, California and I'd like to convert it to sell menu items of a few affiliate restaurants in the region.
Detailed descriptions of the tasks of the project are given in the attached document. So, please review it before placing your bid for the project.
You can test-drive the front-end of the site at the URL given above. Note that in order to open a user account, you need to provide a working US mobile phone number (country code +1).
This project is the first one in a series of projects for upgrading the above site. I expect that two more project will be posted soon.
