Job Description: Airbnb Apartments Operations Supervisor Position Title: Airbnb Operations Supervisor (Freelancer). Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of Cleaning: - Ensure apartments are cleaned and prepared after guest check-outs and before new guest check-ins. - Coordinate with the cleaning team to maintain high standards of cleanliness. 2. Check-in and Check-out Management: - Welcome guests during check-ins (typically between 8 AM and 5 PM). - Hand over keys and provide a brief orientation about the apartment. - Collect keys and inspect the apartment during guest check-outs. 3. Procurement and Inventory Management: - Purchase necessary items for the apartments, such as cleaning supplies, towels, bedding, or other essentials. - Report and manage any additional requirements to ensure smooth operations. 4. Handling Emergency Issues: - Address guest concerns or urgent issues during their stay (e.g., minor repairs or inquiries). 5. Maintenance Coordination: - Arrange and coordinate with technicians or specialists if major repairs or maintenance are needed. 15. Manage guest communications through Airbnb messaging or phone to ensure their needs are met promptly. 16. Report any damages or issues found during inspections to the property owner. 17. Ensure that all guest amenities are stocked and functioning, such as toiletries, coffee machines, etc. 18. Collect feedback from guests at the end of their stay to improve service quality. 19. Perform regular safety and security checks to ensure guests’ well-being. Requirements and Qualifications: - Experience in customer service is a plus. - Punctual and flexible with working hours. - Ability to handle urgent situations professionally. - Owning personal transportation is an added advantage. Salary: - 1,000 AED per month. Type of Work: - **Freelance**. - Working hours are not fixed but will depend on check-in and check-out schedules, primarily between 8 AM and 5 PM. Additional Notes: - A monthly budget will be provided for necessary purchases. - Training will be provided during the trial period. The freelancer should provide daily updates on cleaning supervision, check-ins, and procurement activities. The supervisor will manage 3-5 small apartments.
