I’m developing a new line of cookware and need a material-science engineer who can help me push stainless steel to its limits. The focus is classic, un-coated stainless cookware—no cast iron or non-stick surfaces—so a deep understanding of steel grades, alloying, and thermal behavior is essential. The single most important performance target is superior heat-resistance: the pans must remain dimensionally stable and warp-free during repeated high-temperature use.
