TUJUAN Memastikan proses pengoperasian mesin injeksi plastik berjalan aman, efisien, dan menghasilkan produk yang memenuhi standar kualitas perusahaan. 2. RUANG LINGKUP Prosedur ini berlaku untuk seluruh operator dan teknisi di area Lini Produksi A Pabrik Manufaktur Plastik. 3. TANGGUNG JAWAB Operator Produksi: Mengoperasikan mesin sesuai petunjuk teknis dan menjaga kebersihan area kerja. Supervisor Produksi: Memastikan prosedur dijalankan dengan benar dan menangani kendala teknis awal. Tim Quality Control (QC): Melakukan verifikasi standar kualitas sampel awal. 4. PERALATAN & APD (Alat Pelindung Diri) Sarung tangan tahan panas Kacamata pelindung (safety glasses) Sepatu keselamatan (safety shoes) Kunci T dan pembersih nozzle 5. PROSEDUR KERJA 5.1 Persiapan (Pre-Start) Gunakan seluruh APD wajib sebelum mendekati area mesin. Periksa ketersediaan bahan baku bijih plastik pada hopper. Pastikan arus listrik, tekanan udara, dan aliran air pendingin (chiller) dalam kondisi aktif. 5.2 Pengoperasian (Operation) Tekan tombol POWER ON pada panel kontrol utama. Atur suhu barel sesuai dengan spesifikasi material (misal: 200°C - 220°C). Tunggu hingga suhu mencapai batas operasional yang ditentukan. Jalankan uji coba cetakan (dry run) sebanyak 2 siklus tanpa bahan baku untuk memastikan mekanisme clamp berjalan lancar. Masukkan bahan baku dan mulai proses pencetakan otomatis. 5.3 Pengawasan & Penanganan Akhir (Post-Operation) Ambil 3 sampel pertama produk dan serahkan ke Tim QC untuk verifikasi dimensi dan visual. Jika QC menyatakan PASS, lanjutkan produksi massal. Matikan mesin dan bersihkan sisa material pada nozzle setelah jam kerja selesai. 6. POIN KESELAMATAN & K3 Dilarang memasukkan tangan ke dalam area cetakan (mold) saat mesin beroperasi. Apabila terjadi gangguan darurat, segera tekan Tombol Emergency Stop berwarna merah.
