The water jugs are the starting point, so I'll focus on getting the tooling and jigs set up for those first, using CNC laser cutting for the blanks and then employing a combination of press brake bending and TIG welding for the main body and spout. I would use SolidWorks for the CAM programming and also for creating the tooling designs, ensuring the bends are accurate and the weld paths are clear. I'll assume the client expects a satin brushed finish on the stainless steel, as that's standard for homeware, and I will use 304 grade stainless steel unless told otherwise. What are the exact tolerances required for the spout to handle sealing? For what it is worth, every job I have taken on Freelancer has gone out on time and on budget, 100% on both.
