The assignment covers the full cycle—market mapping, initial outreach, negotiation and closing of distribution agreements—so that by the end of the project we have formally onboarded partners with nationwide reach. To make your pitch stronger I will extend comprehensive support that includes marketing assistance, structured training programs for the distributor’s sales force and attractive sales incentives. We will also back their launches through social media campaigns, in-store promotions and targeted email pushes, giving you solid talking points while negotiating terms.
