I am currently finishing my doctoral dissertation and need assistance with my data analysis.
Below is a brief summary of my research. All data has been collected and prepared (this includes a PCA to determine the five personality factor scores) for analysis. The data is currently housed in a confidential SPSS data file. The key challenge is overcoming the limitations of the small sample size (n = 32 individuals) relative to the variable count, especially for the team-level (n = 12 teams) analysis.
It would be great if you could respond with the following:
1. Your total fee for preparing the analysis
2. Duration with potential start and end dates
3. Brief description of how you would approach the analysis and overcome the challenge outlined above
To better understand how personality traits and actors’ interactions on senior management teams influence creativity outcomes, as judged by independent experts, and self-reported outcome satisfaction measures.
5 independent personality factors (derived from 29 IPIP personality trait scales)
23 diversity/demographic variables including expertise measures and self-reported creativity profile
13 interaction variables (moderating/mediating)
8 outcome variables as described above
Of course, the analysis, when complete may determine that some of the variables above are not useful.
Conducted three surveys as follows:
Online survey W1 (response = 33%, n=131 individuals—including 3 control groups) with 300 measures that captured 29 individual personality traits (the PCA reduced these to 5 factors) as well as diversity/demographic data
Online survey W2 (response = 62%, n=32 individuals, subset of those responding to W1, representing 12 teams) that captured the 13 interaction variables and 4 of the self-reported satisfaction outcome variables
Paper survey W3 (response = 100%, n=8 judges) that captured scores along 4 variables for products from the 12 teams
