Startup need Marketing Strategy

I'm making a new education platform to connect experts in your area to people who want to learn in person in a social setting. You connect with local experts and go out and have fun but the focus is learning something interesting.

So what do i need from you? I need someone to provide any other high level marketing advice I could benefit from to successfully launch this idea. I am a UX designer by trade and have taken this idea as far as I can. Need a good marketing partner to help me out.
