We are searching a dedicated Sr. Technical Recruiter. This role is focused in targeting and qualifying talent for new and existing client needs while managing the candidate side of the placement process which includes negotiation of compensation.
Requirements:
• Must be proficient in the English Language.
• Seasoned technical recruiter with experience in a staffing agency and highly collaborative team-oriented environment
• Repeated experience filling software development, infrastructure and related technical openings, ideally for contract and/or direct-hire
• We are a nearly paperless environment so must be comfortable working on a Windows laptop, particularly with MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, preferably [login to view URL]) and documenting work effort
• Extremely comfortable sourcing, researching and navigating the Internet, particularly Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, DICE, Monster and other social networking and research oriented websites
• Experience in IT (information technology) and the technology market is mandatory
• Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience
Must be able to work US hours between 7am EST to 6pm EST
