Help me with Marketing

The company provides law firms with on demand writing assistance (ie on demand legal staffing). Need Help: I am looking to get more clients through inbound and outbound marketing and lead tracking and workflow to reach convert prospects to clients. Initial Goal: Create a Strategy and Automated Workflow (ie. Marketing Automation) using Zapier, Pipedrive, Mailchimp and Buffer (or similar tool). The freelance will need to provide me the strategy to gain more client and help set up the accounts and workflows. I will manage them monthly but open to someone managing at a great price. Current ideas: Launching email campaigns that are sync with Pipedrive and Zapier to automate follow up emails based on activities. Automate emails about company when a person connect with me on Linkedin or Facebook and tracking their interaction with email with Pipedrive and Zapier Opportunity tracking (currently monitoring Craigs list postings and initiating personal email to poster - would like to implement similar lead generation elsewhere is possible. Autoposting content on online channels (including facebook group and linkedin group) using Buffer/Shortcutz or a similar free tool. Managing social media interactions from a single dashboard. Timeline: Create and implement asap if pricing is affordable
