My name is Andrew Moodie and I'm a film maker. I have an award winning short film called Danny May. I will be using it as a fundraiser for a cancer research centre here in Toronto. And so I'm looking for corporate sponsorship to help pay for the film and the campaign.
I need an expert in corporate sponsorship to help me with this campaign.
Danny May is loosely based on the screenwriter's life. When Michael Pollard had a reoccurrence of his cancer, his diagnosis was not good. His wife soon realized that she was going to have to learn to take over and become both father and mother to their child, and so she asked Michael to train her on how to become 'him'. And it was through this process that they learned something deeper about each other. It shouldn’t take a cancer diagnosis for us to realize the value of our loved one, but that is what May is faced with. When Danny is given an uncertain diagnosis, she has to face life without him. And she soon realizes that she has to learn all the ‘little’ things that Danny does so that she can survive without him. But can she learn enough before it’s too late?
