I am looking to train my sales team with some exercises.
Part One:
Please create four Sales Role Play prompts. These prompts should just explain the situation and what the employee might encounter or deal with concerning the customer on the phone. You can make these as interesting as you like by adding details such as: this isn’t their first experience calling in, they are behind on payment, contact information isn’t valid, etc.
Part Two:
Please create a sample role play of the conversation with the employee and customer. Please make these complicated and leveled so that might have to review several issues with the account etc. We want to give them a fluid example of how to deal with different issues that could arise in a call. Like small talk or some of the issues listed in Part One.
I have attached the previous rubric. It is okay to allude to the employee calling a different department or writing an email. We will add assignments and tasks to support your scenario prompts. Part Two will operate as an example of best practices for the teacher or student.
