I have an exterior flight of concrete stairs Several treads and risers now have loose or missing pieces, and more than one spot feels wobbly underfoot. Because multiple areas are affected, I need it refaced and re-secured so it looks seamless and, more importantly, feels solid again. Your work will involve removing any unstable masonry, supplying matching stones or bricks, resetting them with the proper mortar or adhesive, and finishing the joints so the repaired sections blend with the surrounding concrete structure. Once complete, the steps should be level, tight, and ready for daily use without gaps or movement. Please bring the tools and materials you normally rely on for exterior masonry—diamond blade, point chisel, tuck-pointing trowel, bonding agent, waterproof grout, etc.—and leave the work area clean when you finish. Deliverables • Stable, fully reattached stone/brick facing on every damaged tread and riser • Joints repointed to match existing lines and colour • Final walk-through with me confirming no movement, chips, or mortar smears If you’ve handled similar multi-section staircase repairs, a few before-and-after photos will help me gauge fit. Let me know your estimated timeframe once you’ve seen the job.
