My father has owned this property for over forty years. It is basically a peak in the California gold country. He and his partner had a geologist write up a report to determine the amount of tonnage that was on the property. In his report, it was determined that the property contained a 100 foot deep ban of conglomerate gold-bearing ore. The property was used as a lookout for fires by the BLM. Since then, nothing has happened with the property. It is currently zoned mining. I now have the opportunity to explore the possibility of mining the property. What I need is advice on the best way to proceed to get the mine started.
