I'm seeking an expert to conduct a comprehensive statistical analysis using patient record data, primarily focused on assessing the diagnostic accuracy of various imaging tests. Excel is fine, but open to suggestions. I also need a small write up discussing the results on the analysis. Probability values (p-values), and Bayes' theorem understanding is important We have collected the results of Ultrasound (US), and MRI images of 20 patients and their TMJ (jaw joint). We need to compare results for statistical accuracy. I have done the work, it contains simple categorical and dichotomous data, but I need it checked and confirmed. To clarify, we have data on the scans of 20 patients, both US and MRI scans, for the TMJ, right and left, and looking at Anterior Disc Displacement (ADD), ADD with reduction, and Arthritic changes. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze patient record data to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of imaging tests. - Calculate key statistical measures including sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV, Kappa, and p-values. - Apply Bayes theorem where applicable. Ideal Skills: - Proficient in statistical analysis and interpretation. - Experience with medical data analysis, particularly involving imaging tests. - Familiar with clinical trial data, epidemiological study data, and patient record data. - Strong understanding of diagnostic accuracy metrics. - Ability to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner.
