Need mathematician to solve this and implement in matlab

please see the attached images to see whats the question is read the first page very carefully I dont have formula. you need to find out googling and do I will tell you what I understood, D represents the documents, Q represents the Query. R is the ranked list. S is the sup set of R sim1 and sim2 are function that we need to create it measures the similarity between the query and the document As I said before, sim in formula means similarity. We have to create function for it please read the first page to understand it better
