I have written some code which makes deep learning operation through the use of matrix operations. I run this code, and check the error level by comparing the calculated output with correct output for each sample in the training code (which includes 500+ samples). I save the model as a mat file.
Later, I run the model with test data. Unluckily, outputs for each sample is the same. This shows that either I can not save the model correctly or something else occurs :) When I check the weight matrices I see that one of them contains many Inf values. I need someone more experience to help me understand and solve the problem. My budget is low. This is not a code writing project but I just need some help to see the problem.
