# Mechanical Cabinet Design for High-Frequency Lithium Home UPS Hi, We are developing a **High-Frequency Lithium-ion Home UPS** for the Indian market and are looking for an experienced **Mechanical/Product Design Engineer** to design a compact and production-ready cabinet. The initial requirement is for a **1 kW High-Frequency Home UPS**, with consideration for future **1.6 kW and 2 kW models**. ## Scope of Work We will provide the dimensions/details of: * Main Power PCB * Control PCB * LiFePO4 battery pack * LCD/display * Cooling fan * Heat sink * AC input/output sockets * MCB/fuse * Switches and other components * Reference cabinet/design images The designer should develop the complete mechanical design, including: * Compact and premium-looking cabinet * Complete internal component arrangement * Sheet-metal enclosure design * PCB mounting arrangement * Battery mounting arrangement * Cooling fan and ventilation design * Proper airflow for heat dissipation * Front panel design * Rear panel design * Easy assembly and servicing * Electrical safety and proper clearances * Design suitable for laser cutting and CNC bending * Cost-effective design suitable for mass production ## Required Deliverables Please provide: 1. Complete **3D CAD assembly** 2. Individual mechanical part designs 3. **STEP files** 4. Native CAD files (SolidWorks preferred) 5. **2D manufacturing drawings** 6. **DXF files for laser cutting** 7. Sheet-metal **flat patterns** 8. Bend details 9. Mechanical BOM 10. Fastener details 11. Exploded/assembly drawing 12. Front, rear and side views 13. Basic 3D rendered images ## Important This should be a **production-ready mechanical design**, not only a cosmetic 3D model. The final design will be sent to a local sheet-metal fabrication company for prototype manufacturing.
