There is reciprocating double stage oil free compressor. initially we want to simulate the cylinder in Ansys to get the Temperature gradient of the inner walls ( due to compression) as we have measured the temperature almost near the inner walls by drillling and making a hole in the cylinder by using thermo couple inside. so we want to simulate an cylinder in Ansys which will give the similar or near to equal temperature which we measured using a thermocouple .
Its a double stage Reciprocating compressor right now we want to work only on the Low stage compressor. We have a reed valve on the cylinder which has 6 inlets for suction of Air with certain Density. Suction of Air happens when the compressor moves down. And after that there will movement of Piston in the Positive direction and there will be Compression. Once the Piston reached the TDC the outlet valve will open due to the pressure. Our main area of focus is to calculate the Temperature at the Inner walls where we have compression (i.e only equal to stoke Length of the compressor) And we are even interested to know the Temperature gradient through the cylindrical valves.
This is only the starting stage of our project. If you can get a good accurate measurements. we can again offer you the third part of our work. In which we have again simulate the cylinder after Modifying the shape of the cylinder.

Low Pressure Stage
Inlet Temperature - 60c
outlet Temperature -110c
Pressure inlet - 0.95 bar
pressure outlet - 3.5 bar relative
And regarding the Price i dont how much fast is your computer so i cant predict how much time it will take for you to run this simulation. so i request you quote total price how much you will charge to develop the Model to calculate the inner wall temperature and Temperature Gradient for low pressure stage.
And as i am a student i have to explain this to my professors how i have done this. so i request you to kindly record the video how you have done that and why you have chosen those option just while running on your system.
