Chinese-English Mechanical Interpreter

I’m preparing a series of technical meetings and factory-floor walk-throughs with Chinese partners and I need an interpreter who can bridge our conversations smoothly in real time. The work is strictly liaison interpretation—small group discussions, quick back-and-forth exchanges, and the occasional facility tour—not the large-booth simultaneous style. A solid mechanical engineering background is essential because the dialogue will dive deep into tolerances, materials, assembly procedures, and troubleshooting. I’m looking for someone who has applied that knowledge professionally for at least three years and can recognise industry jargon the moment it surfaces. Fluent, idiomatic English is a must; accuracy and speed in both Chinese → English and English → Chinese will keep the meetings productive. When meetings are quiet there may be short translation tasks such as clarifying a specification sheet or polishing an excerpt from a maintenance manual, so written skills matter too.
