I wish to simulate PCM based Battery thermal management system for the cylindrical battery using Ansys Fluent. Need to study the effect of gravity on the melting of the pcm. Two cases to solve: 1. PCM between the hollow cylinder (Zheng et al 2020 attached with this, figure 1, pure PCM without fins) 2. Cuboidal PCM information is given in the datasheet (STEP file for the geometry is attached) Both transient simulations with and without gravity. I need a phase of PCM, mean temperature of the battery and simulation files preferable in Ansys 18.

I am a mechanical engineer with MS in Thermal Engineering. I have two years of experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics for automotive industry. My area of specialization includes simulation of thermal and hydrodynamic problems. Most of my projects are related to internal flow for automobile equipment's like oil cooler, radiator, battery coolant pack etc. Also i have good proficiency in CFD software's like Ansys Fluent and Star CCM+.
