Hi I am a mechanical engineer I can assist you with this problem. I am perfectly aligned to tackle your lifting lug stress level modelling task. I have successfully undertaken similar projects which included structural analysis of complex systems under significant loads. My understanding of Australian standards, coupled with my competence across various codes including EN 1990-EN 1999, ASCE and ASME, gives me an edge in developing a welding procedure.
