I'm seeking a skilled engineer with extensive experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, specifically for a Lithium-ion battery thermal management system. The primary goal of this project is to optimize the cooling efficiency of the system. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed CFD analysis to identify cooling hotspots and inefficiencies - Propose modifications to the current design to improve cooling efficiency - Assess the effectiveness of the proposed changes through further CFD analysis - Deliver clear, comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations Ideal Skills & Experience: - Proficiency in using CFD software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, SolidWorks, COMSOL) - Prior experience with battery thermal management systems, particularly Lithium-ion batteries - Strong understanding of liquid cooling methods - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely The project should be completed within 1-2 weeks. The final reports should include detailed technical documentation with in-depth analysis and proposed changes. The final reports should be delivered in Word Document format. The analysis should be conducted using ANSYS Fluent. The project should primarily focus on optimizing heat dissipation techniques. The system currently uses indirect liquid cooling as the cooling method. The analysis will focus on a cylindrical battery model. The final report should include simulation videos demonstrating the cooling efficiency. Please also provide the simulation data files. The simulation videos should include in-depth visualizations of the cooling efficiency.
