Hello, we are a new company that focuses on bed-time stories for children. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with extensive manufacturing experience who can take the design / functionality of our prototype and refine it so that it's ready for production. This person will be evaluating potential manufacturers and establishing pricing for the custom housing components we need.
We are looking for someone experienced to help us get the product to market; the mechanical engineer will first complete Phase I (this job posting and price point).
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Work with industrial design and electrical engineering team members to add production-ready mechanical detail to class-A surface models
-Preserve design intent while accommodating necessary components
-Present technical data/findings, concepts, and other project related material to cross-functional team members as well as members of management
