Hi, I’m very interested in your long-term mechatronics and robotics collaboration, especially the Smart Hot-Bar prototype. My background is strongly aligned with the electronics, embedded control, sensor integration, and prototype-development side of this project. I have hands-on experience working with ESP32/Arduino-based systems, sensors, control electronics, wiring, PCB-level hardware, and embedded firmware, and I’m comfortable bringing these elements together into a working prototype. For the Smart Hot-Bar, I can help with: * Temperature sensors and closed-loop heating control * Load-cell integration and weight measurement * ESP32/Arduino/Raspberry Pi hardware and firmware * Touchscreen/HMI and display integration * Relay, MOSFET, SSR and heater control * Power supplies, wiring and electrical integration * Sensor calibration and troubleshooting * Prototype assembly, testing and debugging * CAD/mechanical integration and enclosure considerations * Developing reliable control logic and safety interlocks I also have a strong interest in continuing into the robotics side of the project, including actuators, sensors, movement mechanisms, gripping systems, flexible/soft robotic concepts, and embedded control. One thing I particularly like about your project is the emphasis on explaining the engineering process. I’m comfortable discussing design decisions, component selection, trade-offs, testing procedures, and troubleshooting rather than simply delivering a finished circuit. For the first prototype, I would suggest starting with a clear system architecture covering the heater, temperature feedback, load cell, user interface, controller, power electronics, and safety mechanisms, then building and testing each subsystem before integrating everything. I’m interested in a long-term collaboration and can commit to a regular part-time schedule. I would be happy to discuss the Smart Hot-Bar requirements and show relevant examples of embedded and mechatronics projects I have worked on. Best regards,

Hello! Bravion from Cleveland here. This Smart Hot-Bar prototype should be engineered as an integrated mechanical, thermal, and embedded control system first, with the load-cell measurement, PID heating loops, and touchscreen UI operating on top of a reliable microcontroller architecture (ESP32/Arduino). I would structure the hardware development in SolidWorks for CAD modeling and thermal isolation enclosures, pairing custom load-cell ADC amplification (HX711) and thermocouple feedback (MAX31865/MAX6675) to an ESP32 or Raspberry Pi display controller. Preventing thermal runaway, sensor drift under continuous heating, and load-cell noise requires isolated grounding, calibrated digital filtering, and hardware over-temperature cutoff interlocks. I communicate clearly throughout the engineering lifecycle and am fully committed to long-term collaboration across your soft robotics and gripping projects. • Availability: Part-time (Tuesdays & Wednesdays guaranteed). Let's make the project a success together.

Hello, The key part of this project is **building a smart hot-bar prototype that brings together mechanical design, sensor feedback, and reliable heating control in one testable system**. I can help you handle this accurately and efficiently without overcomplicating the process. I have hands-on experience with **Electronics, Embedded Systems, and Electrical Engineering**, including prototype wiring, sensor integration, and control logic for hardware systems. For your project, I would focus on **temperature monitoring and heating control**, **load-cell and touchscreen integration**, and **Arduino/ESP32-based assembly and testing**, while making sure the final result is **stable, explainable, and ready for iteration**. I can start immediately and expect to complete this within a practical prototype timeline. One detail I'd like to confirm before starting: **will the first prototype need to be designed for in-person collaboration in Massachusetts, or should it be structured for remote build-and-test support as well**? Best regards, Miguel

Build a smart hot-bar prototype that can sense load/temperature, control heating, and drive a touchscreen—then iterate into new smart robotics hardware. I’ll handle the full mechatronics loop: mechanical/CAD concepts, electronics + sensor integration, wiring/controls, and test-driven prototype assembly. For control, I’ll design a safe heating/temperature monitoring architecture (thermistor/RTD + feedback control) and pair it with weight/load-cell sensing for repeatable actuation feedback. I’m a Massachusetts-based embedded/IoT hardware engineer (Kamari Austin) with C/C++ firmware expertise on ESP32/STM32 and Raspberry Pi-class integration. I’ll prototype with Arduino/ESP32/RPi as needed, integrate display/touch, and implement robust interfaces (I2C/SPI/ADC/serial) plus MQTT/telemetry if you want live monitoring. I can also support flexible/soft mechanism subsystems and sensor-driven movement/gripping later. Availability: Tuesdays/Wednesdays part-time for long-term collaboration.

You need a reliable Smart Hot-Bar prototype that blends accurate sensing, stable heating control, and clean UX—so we can iterate fast without guesswork. I can help design the mechanical/CAD, select components, and develop the full mechatronics stack: temperature monitoring + control loop, load-cell weighing via proper amplification/ADC strategy, and touchscreen/display integration for calibration and status. I’ll bring embedded firmware and hardware integration across Arduino/ESP32/Raspberry Pi-style platforms: deterministic sampling, filtering for noisy temperature/load signals, and tight wiring/controls for a robust prototype. I’ve built sensor acquisition systems integrating I2C/SPI/CAN, and I design low-noise PCBs to optimize analog performance—ideal for load cells and heater feedback. Long-term, we can extend into soft/flexible mechanisms, gripping, motion control, and new sensor modalities.

I’m Lucian Miranda, a Motor Control & Embedded Drive Engineer who bridges mechatronics and real-time firmware. For your Massachusetts Smart Hot-Bar prototype, I’ll handle mechanical/CAD collaboration, electronics/sensor integration, and closed-loop temperature control with robust sensing and safety. I’ve built and tuned embedded motor/control systems end-to-end, and that same discipline applies to heating control, load-cell signal conditioning, and reliable assembly. On the hardware side, I’ll integrate Arduino/ESP32/Raspberry Pi-class controllers, wire/assemble and test the full prototype: heaters + thermistors/RTDs, weight sensing via load cells, and touchscreen/display interfacing. Expect clean schematics, practical PCB/connector planning, calibration routines, and measurement-driven debugging with oscilloscope/data capture so you can iterate quickly. I’m available Tuesdays/Wednesdays part-time for long-term collaboration, with interest in in-person work when possible.

I can start immediately this week (Tues/Wed) to accelerate your Smart Hot-Bar prototype in Massachusetts. Your first milestones—mechanical/CAD, electronics + sensor integration, heating & temperature control, load-cell weight sensing, and touchscreen/UI—fit my embedded+mechatronics workflow, letting us iterate fast in person and resolve mechanical/electrical interfaces early. I’ve built hardware prototypes end-to-end: system architecture, schematics/PCB (Altium/KiCad), firmware for ESP32/Arduino/RPi-class controllers, and test/bring-up. For this job I’ll integrate temperature sensing + control loops, amplifier/readout for load cells (with calibration), touchscreen display wiring, and a clean wiring/control harness, then assemble and validate with repeatable test procedures. Share your current concept, dimensions, target materials, and desired UI/controls—plus any constraints on power and enclosure.
