Integrate Fibonacci Pivots into my cTrader cBot and function to calculate distance between opened position & Market Price

I'm looking for a freelance who can integrate Traditional Fibonacci Pivots and have them applied on a monthly/weekly/daily timeframe. Additionally they must create a function that calculates the distance between the closest opened buy/sell positions and the market price, and execute a buy/sell if the distance meets the criteria. Here are the project requirements:
• The freelancer should be familiar with Fibonacci Pivot formula to use
• The freelancer should have experience working with cTrader
• The project should be completed using C# programming language
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Experience in cTrader platform development
• Strong understanding of Fibonacci Pivots and their integration
• Proficient in C# programming language
