Need a Pine Script developer to write a strategy on TradingView

I am a trader that would like to attempt to develop a trading automation that will indicate when to buy/sell in intraday swing trading
Essentially the rules would be
1. dont recognize doji candles unless after a large bull/bear run
BUY/SELL when it sees:
1. Inside bar followed by breakout bar
2. engulfing candle
3. Pin bar candle (then highlights 50% and 61% fib levels)
4. Hammer/Hanging Man/Shooting Star candles
5. Two Solid Candles of same color
There are a few variables beyond that but that part should be relatively easy. Here's the catch
I only want it to be recognized when it touches or breaks below/above lines (horizontal and trend lines) that I manually insert.
I also only want it to recognize when it touches or breaks below/above certain zones ($20ish ranged zones) that I manually insert and not recognize any candles that open and close inside that zone. Ive attached an example
Lastly ill need it buildable so I can later automate the algorithm to find the lines/zones.
